Dr. Naazli M. Shaikh, M.D.

is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She holds a medical doctorate from the University of Wisconsin. Dr. shaikh performed an internship at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, Illinois and an ophthalmic residency at Stanford University Medical Center. Following her residency, Dr. Shaikh was awarded a fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery at the Henry Ford Medical Center in Detroit.

Dr. Shaikh chose ophthalmology as a career because she is fascinated by the intricacy of the human eye and laser vision technology. Her genuine concern for patients and warm personality gives her patients added comfort during their LASIK procedure.

In her spare time, Dr. Shaikh enjoys yoga and aerobics. She, her husband Saad, and her daughter Aaliyah, love visiting Walt Disney World and Florida beaches.
